

Nut-Free Energy Bites
This month, I introduce KidNutriYum’s version of Energy Bites that are simple to make, and can be included as a “sometimes” snack for school. These homemade raw balls of wholesome ingredients, are an excellent alternative to processed snacks that contain bananas and agave as a sweetener and no preservatives.
