Yummy Recipe for Older Kids – and even for you!

I made a fantastic recipe last week that I have to share! It’s a homemade cereal bar with lots of yummy nutrients. Unfortunately it doesn’t make a great snack for very young children since there are nuts and seeds and lots of little pieces. Check it out for your older kids, and feel free to substitute ingredients (Ex. I didn’t have sunflower seeds so I used pumpkin seeds):
